Welcome to Wingi! You have just signed up for the easiest way to source products from Asia. This guide will show you exactly what happens at each step. We want you to know what to expect during your sourcing journey.

Step 1: Submit Your Requirements

First, create your Wingi account. This takes just 2 minutes.

You will need:

  • Your registered business name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your country location

After creating your account, you can start talking to Emily, our AI-powered assistant. Emily will ask you questions about your sourcing enquiry :

  • What product do you want?
  • How many pieces do you need?
  • What is your budget?
  • When do you need it delivered?

Emily asks many questions. This helps us understand exactly what you want. Clear requirements mean you get accurate prices. No mistakes. No surprises later.

Once you finish chatting with Emily, your requirements are saved in your Wingi account. You can log in anytime to check your order status and see updates.

Step 2: Quote Creation

Now our expert team takes over.  

Here's what we do:

  • We leverage our verified supplier network: We work with over 1,000 checked manufacturers. We know they are real and reliable.
  • We get the best prices for you: Our team talks to different suppliers. We compare prices and quality. We pick the best option for your needs.
  • We use our smart calculator tool: Our proprietary pricing algorithm helps us create quotes with no mistakes. All calculations are accurate and fault-free. You get precise pricing every time.
  • We create a clear quote: This typically takes 2- 5 working days. For complex products, it might take a little longer. Please be patient during this time.

While you wait, check your Wingi account. We have helpful guides there. You can learn about international sourcing. This is helpful if you are new to sourcing from other countries.

Need to talk to someone while you wait? You can:

  • Connect with your account manager through your Wingi account
  • Send an email to the address listed in your account
  • We will respond quickly to help you

If we need more details about your order, someone from our team will contact you by phone or email.

Step 3: Review Your Quote

After 2-5 business days, your detailed quote appears in your Wingi account. You also get an email notification.

What the quote includes:

total order price, unit price, shipping price so that you can budget your total sourcing costs easily.  

There are no hidden costs. Every charge is clearly shown upfront. What you see is exactly what you pay.  

Your quote is valid for 30 days. You need to accept it within this time. This is because shipping costs and other charges can change over time, so we can only guarantee these prices for a limited period.

Our team will answer all your questions quickly and clearly.

Step 4: Accept Your Quote and Place Order

If you are happy with the quote, click " Approve This Quotation" in your Wingi account. This formally approves the quote.

Sample orders are optional but recommended.

If your order requires customization, it's highly recommended to order a paid sample first.

This helps because:

  • You see the exact product quality
  • You make sure it matches what you want
  • You feel confident about your big order

Sample orders are paid because they involve production and shipping costs that we need to cover.  If you like the sample, you can place your full order.

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Plan

Available payment options:

  1. 100% upfront - Pay everything before production starts (2.5% discount)
  2. 70% deposit + 30% on delivery - Pay most upfront, balance when goods arrive
  3. Embedded financing: 30% deposit + 70% on delivery - This option is available to eligible repeating customers only.  

Step 6: We Handle Everything

Once you place your order, we take care of everything:

  • Production: We work with the manufacturer to make your goods.
  • Quality checks: We inspect products before shipping.
  • Shipping and clearance: We coordinate with logistics providers to handle transport, clearance, and paperwork.

You get updates at every step. Check your Wingi account for notifications about your order status. We send -

  • Order status updates in your Wingi account
  • Email notifications at key milestones

Step 7: Final Delivery

Your goods have arrived in your country and cleared customs. Now it's time for the final delivery to you.

Last mile options:

  1. Port pickup - You collect from the port yourself
  2. Door-to-door delivery - We deliver to your business location at an additional charge. The last mile delivery has to be selected as a service when requesting quotation separately.

Payment completion: If you chose split payment (70/30 or 30/70), you pay the remaining balance before final delivery.

What you receive:

  • Your products as ordered
  • All shipping and customs documents

Step 8: After Delivery

Your sourcing journey with Wingi doesn't end when you receive your goods - we continue to support you.

Immediate support:

Future orders:

  • Your account saves all your information
